Structure and Management of Commodity Exchanges

Commodity Exchanges are run with democratic rudiments. Salesmen and tradesmen get divided into groups according to their professions. 

A profession committee of 5 to 11 is selected from each group. 2 or 3 people from these profession committees selected to Commodity Exchange Council. 

Commodity Exchange Council selects 5 to 11 people internally to form a Board of Directors every 4 year. Same number of alternate members is also selected. Board of Directors selects internally one president and one or two deputy presidents every 4 year. A general secretary is also appointed by the councils.
